Abu Sayed Murder Case: 6 accused brought to tribunal

Six accused, including ASI Amir Hossain, arrested in a case of crimes against humanity in the murder of Abu Sayeed, a student of Begum Rokeya University in Rangpur, during the July uprising, have been presented before the tribunal today.
The accused were brought to the tribunal in a prison van from the prison on Tuesday (July 29) morning.
The other accused are former proctor of Begum Rokeya University (BEROBI) Shariful Islam, constable Sujan Chandra Roy and Chhatra League leader Imran Chowdhury, including six others.

Earlier, on Monday (July 28), the tribunal hearing on framing charges against 30 accused in a case of crimes against humanity in the murder of Abu Sayeed, a student of Begum Rokeya University in Rangpur, during the July uprising concluded. The International Crimes Tribunal has set today as the date for the hearing of the accused.
