BNP-Jamaat shown their keen interest to return the caretaker government system, said National Consensus Commission Vice President Professor Dr. Ali Riaz.
He talked to reporters after the National Consensus Commission meeting with political parties at the Foreign Service Academy in the capital on Monday (July 28) evening.
The National Consensus Commission Vice President said that the draft of the July Charter has been given to all political parties. After the charter is adopted, the recommendations will be implemented within two years.
Professor Ali Riaz said that discussions are underway. The issues on which there is consensus will be included in it (the July Charter).
